To better understand workforce needs in Steuben County, we’re asking local businesses to answer a key question: As an employer, what additional training needs are currently unmet? These needs could span various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, nursing, advanced manufacturing, and more.

The Chamber and Ivy Tech will review your responses and use them to shape the discussion, with more details on specific topics to come.

Chamber members can purchase a boxed lunch for $17.50 or a gluten-free option for $18.50, while non-members can purchase for $22.50 if required. Lunch selections can be made during registration.


When ordering a lunch package, please specify your sandwich choice: Beef, Chicken Salad, Turkey, Ham, Vegan, or Vegetarian. All options are available gluten-free upon request.
