When we become more skilled at communication, we make a more positive difference in our own and others’ lives at work and at home. In this keynote based on Michelle’s  award-winning book "Communicate with Courage: Taking Risks to Overcome the Four Hidden Challenges", we’ll learn to more fully connect as we overcome obstacles including:

  ·  Hiding—Fear of exposing our supposed weaknesses

  · Defining—Putting too much stock into our assumptions

  · Rationalizing—Using “being realistic” to shield us from scary but 
    potentially rewarding actions

  · Settling—Stopping at “good enough” instead of something better

The team at Gladieux Consulting celebrates 20 years in business in 2024. Michelle has enjoyed a lifetime of communication skills coaching for thousands of clients. She’ll offer us ways to take more joy in sending and receiving messages daily.
